Governance

EURAD is governed by a Board on the basis of our statutes. An executive board is also charged with the day to day business of the Foundation.

 

The Board elects members based on nominations from organisations or it may choose to appoint individual experts. The statutes of Eurad may be amended by a two thirds majority.

 

EURAD has a number of affiliates that associate themselves with our mission. Affiliates are involved on questions relating to both policies and governance.
