Drug permissive campaign by members of the EU parliament
A threat against the youth of europe
National Association for a Drug-free Society of Sweden (RNS) demonstrate against the campaign by drug permissive members of the European Parliament who are arranging a meeting in the house of the European Parliament in Brussels - room 4B1, European Parliament, rue Wiertz, 1047 Bruxelles - on the 15th and the 16th of October. The aim of the conference is to support the campaign of the legalizing movement in order to make changes (reforms) of United Nations conventions of Narcotics in the direction of legalizing Cannabis. This will certainly have damaging effects on the child protection against narcotics that the United Nations Child Protection Convention offers children of all countries that has ratified this convention.
The children of Europe must not be exposed to this experiment!
Possession of narcotic drugs - including cannabis - are because of the United Nations conventions of Narcotics not legal and the reason for this is that narcotics is not only dependence producing drugs but also damaging the health and in the case of cannabis also the personality. All sorts of attacks against the UN conventions of Narcotics will lead to severe consequences for the children of Europe - as well as for children in other parts of the world.
What is the imperative necessity of making dangerous experiments on the children of Europe today? The answer is: Only the Legalization movements - in this case it is an organization called The Antiprohibitionist Reform of the UN Conventions of Drugs. What we can see in this propaganda conference that is going to be held in the European Parliament, it is only arranged to support the opinion in order to make this dangerous experiment on the children of Europe. "All MEPs and Ambassadors in Brussels have been, among others, invited".
We who are representatives for a Swedish organization that include both parents and children do not accept in silence, when the legalizing movements are using the facilities (and money) of the European Parliament in order to damage the children of Europe. In Sweden we have already seen what damages legalized narcotics can establish. During 1965 to 1967 a social experiment with legalized narcotics was taken place in Sweden. This was an authorized experiment with permission of the official authorities. The result of this experiment was disastrous and we do not accept to have it repeated on behalf of the European Parliament.
