Dutch to crack down on 'drug tourists'

The Dutch government plans to crack down on 'drug tourists' who come to the country to buy and smoke illegaly. The proposal would bar Irish tourists and other foreigners from entering the coffee shops where the drug is sold. Dutch people would be issued passes to allow them entrance.
